Refund/Cancellation Policy for All Courses and Workshops:

SCCEd On-Demand Lessons: There is a 10% admin and banking fee for cancellations. Balance of refund will be reimbursed within 6-10 days after cancellation.

AWHONN FHM Courses: 10% admin and banking fee for cancellations made prior to registration closing, which is one week before the workshop. No refund is granted for those cancelling after registration closes, or for those who do not complete their online learning pre-requisite for Intermediate FHM. No refunds granted for no-show's/missed courses.

MNNC Courses: Please refer to the MNNC course webpage for specific information about refunds and cancellations.

In the unlikely event of an in-person workshop cancellation by the host, full tuition refunds will be made; refunds of travel or any other expenses will not be made.

You will have 72 hours to complete all On-Demand courses from the time of purchase, so please plan accordingly! Should you need an extension, please reach out to [email protected]. For the OB Essentials 4-course Bundle, you will have two weeks to complete all 4 courses from the purchase time.

In-Person Workshops are located in San Diego, CA. Specific details regarding your course location, building, room number, parking, etc. will be identified after registration.
